Customs & Import Duties for International Orders Only 🌍

When your mail arrives in its new country, it may be greeted by local customs with a little extra charge. Any customs or import fees are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Sadly, we don’t get a say in these charges (if we did, they’d be zero! 😉), and we can’t predict what they might be as every country has its own rules.

If you’re unsure, Check with your local customs office before ordering — just to avoid any surprise plot twists when your SeriouslyPersonal parcel arrives! 💖✨

🗓️ Dispatch Days:
We post orders Monday to Friday only (we take weekends off to recharge… and maybe eat cake 🍰).

📦 Dispatch Time:
We aim to send out your order within 1 working day, but during busy times, please allow up to 2 working days. We promise it’s worth the wait!

⚡ Next-Day Delivery:
This means delivery the next working day after we ship it — not same-day dispatch, and not weekends (our postie doesn’t work Saturdays either 😴).

🕓 Ordering on a Friday?
If your order lands after our Friday cut-off, it’ll be packed and shipped on Monday.
