❓ Do you make personalised gifts?

Oh yes — it’s basically our superpower. Names, dates, cheeky messages, photos of your dog… you name it (literally), we’ll put it on mugs, totes, hoodies, teddies, baby clothes, keychains, and a whole lot more.

❓ How do I add my personalisation?

On the product page, you’ll see a text box — that’s where the magic happens. Please triple-check your spelling… unless you want “Happy Brithday” to become a family joke forever.

❓ Can I see a preview before you make it?

For certain tricky designs, yes. Drop us a message before (or right after) you order, and we’ll let you know if a sneak peek is possible.

❓ How long will my order take?

We usually handmake and post your goodies within 2 working days 🚀. Delivery time then depends on which shipping option you choose.

❓ Do you ship internationally?

Nope — we’re keeping it UK-only for now 🇬🇧 (sorry, world).

❓ Can you do a fully custom design?

Yes! Got a wild idea? Send it our way — we love making something that’s truly one-of-a-kind.

❓ What if there’s a mistake with my personalisation?

If it’s our fault, we’ll fix it for free. If the details you gave us were wrong, we’ll still try to help, but it may need reordering.

❓ Do you accept returns?

Because everything’s made just for you, we can’t take returns unless something’s faulty or incorrect. Return & Refund Policy on our site if you fancy some bedtime reading.

❓ Do you offer gift options?

Some items can be gift-wrapped or come in our personalised gift bags 🎁. Check the product description to see if yours qualifies (and what size bag it’ll fit into).

We don’t offer gift messages at the moment — so if you want to add a sweet note, you might have to slip it in yourself old-school style ✍️.

 

❓ Do you offer drop shipping?

Yep — for most of our products we can send straight to your customer, no stress attached 🚚.

❓ Do you wholesale?

Yes, we do! Most products are available wholesale — perfect if you want to stock up or resell 📦.

 

❓ Can you put our company logo on items?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no 🤷♀️ — it depends on the product. Drop us a message with what you have in mind and we’ll let you know.

We do! Discounts depend on the quantity — the more you buy, the better the deal 💰.
