📦 Return Policy

The Fun (but Serious) Version


We offer a 14-day return policy for non-personalised goodies only. That means if we’ve put your name, face, or favourite quote on it, it’s yours forever ❤️ (unless it arrives defective – then we’ll sort it, promise!)


✅ Return Eligibility

  • Must be unused, unworn, still looking fabulous, with all original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase required (aka your receipt – no “I swear I bought it from you last year” stories).


🚀 How to Start a Return

  1. Pop us a message via our contact form.

  2. If approved, we’ll send you instructions.

  3. For defective items, we cover the return postage. For non-personalised change-of-mind returns, you cover the return costs.


😢 Damages & Oops Moments

Check your order as soon as it lands. If it’s damaged, defective, or the wrong item, tell us ASAP so we can fix it.


🚫 Not Coming Back

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personalised items (unless faulty)

  • Flowers, lingerie, or anything else we don’t sell anyway 🌸❌

  • Sale items or gift cards


🔄 Exchanges

No swaps on personalised products (they’re made just for you 💕).


💰 Refunds

Once your return is approved & inspected, your refund will be sent within 10 business days via your original payment method. If it’s been 15 days and no refund has arrived (usually doesn’t happen), give us a shout.
