Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy for non-personalised items. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return, provided the item has not been personalised. Please note that personalised items are non-refundable unless defective.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (flowers or  plants)
  • Custom or personalised products (unless defective)
  • Personal care goods (like beauty products)
  • We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges on personalised goods.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may require additional processing time to post the refund.
