We offer a 14-day return policy for non-personalised goodies only. That means if we’ve put your name, face, or favourite quote on it, it’s yours forever ❤️ (unless it arrives defective – then we’ll sort it, promise!)

Must be unused, unworn, still looking fabulous, with all original packaging.
Proof of purchase required (aka your receipt – no “I swear I bought it from you last year” stories).

If approved, we’ll send you instructions.
For defective items, we cover the return postage. For non-personalised change-of-mind returns, you cover the return costs.
😢 Damages & Oops Moments
Check your order as soon as it lands. If it’s damaged, defective, or the wrong item, tell us ASAP so we can fix it.

We do not accept returns for:
Personalised items (unless faulty)
Flowers, lingerie, or anything else we don’t sell anyway 🌸❌
Sale items or gift cards
🔄 Exchanges
No swaps on personalised products (they’re made just for you 💕).
💰 Refunds
Once your return is approved & inspected, your refund will be sent within 10 business days via your original payment method. If it’s been 15 days and no refund has arrived (usually doesn’t happen), give us a shout.
